Today's college student gem comes from a young gentleman, a self identified freshman, who randomly popped into my office this afternoon. His mission, apparently, was to tell me that he has a couple classes in this building, and he always looks in offices as he walks down the office and I have "a big ass office".
That was all he wanted -- to tell me that I have the biggest office he has noticed so far.

Was he on his way to his business and professionalism class?
When I was a freshman I used to do that to professors/staff that I was trying to hit on. Just breaking the ice, ya know.
