So I sent this image to Andy to explain our difference in steak preference....

he responds:

by the way this may seem like "entrapment" fora blog post...but it's really not.  I didn't make him respond stupidly, he could have said "oh, why yes, you are right, medium rare IS best"...but alas, no.
