old men like birds....

So I was driving back from the rec today and I was almost home when I saw an old man riding his bike...he was waiting to cross this fairly busy street.  A van stopped to let him cross...but in the other lane a truck whizzed by really fast...feeling bad for the guy?

Well apparently he felt bad for himself because he flipped the van the bird....not just a quick  "thanks for stopping buddy" kind of bird...but like a waving, angry, shouting, "I'm gonna exaggerate this incident to all my friends at the coffee shop in the morning...the world is going to hell" kind of bird.

I was entertained.

I'M AWESOME....

too bad for everyone else....okay well my Mom beat me one game but Dad and Andy went DOWN! mwwwaaahhh ha ha..

SPRING BREAK! WOOOOOOO!!!

We have had a great spring break so far....

We skied for 3 days for $45 dollars...it pays to know people!!!  On the last day my cousin Ashleigh and cousin-in-law Jake went with us.  We spent 2 days at Copper Mountain and 1 day at Keystone...it was awesome weather...in the mid 50's each day, good snow, TONS OF FUN!  Hopefully we will be getting a video made and

 posted soon!!!  But here is a pic of Andy, Ash, and Jake to hold you all over....

Then on our way home on Wednesday we bought a new car! FINALLY!!! Here is our new pretty RAV4....yet to be named...please feel free to leave name suggestions on the comments!!  

It is a 2009 front wheel drive, the official color is "Pyrite" but it looks different in different lights...from gold...to green...to a dark tan-y brown.

wow...so why the neglection of the blog as of late?  well its been a crazy couple of weeks. I had an 8 week course that I was finishing up....which meant last week getting home well after midnight two of the nights....than other meetings that caused me to get home around 11 two other nights...then in my "spare time" we have been shopping for cars and have test driven...umm....6 cars in the past 3 days...and we are exhausted.  Looking forward to one more week before spring break!
